NNCI has adopted modern advanced technology to reform traditional process, and has kept up with the worlds developmental trend in the line of Chlorine-Alkali through reforming technology and introducing internationally advanced techniques and equipments. We make great effort to improve the self-research skill, expedite executed conformity and innovate NNCIs long-range developmental stratagem, thus enabling NNCI to all along stand on the top level of producing scale as well as technology in the industry of Chlorine-Alkali. Sincel998, NNCI has imported equipments of Sodium hydroxide production-lines with ion- membrane method from Asahi Kasei Corporation Japan, which is one of the few international companies with ability of producing the most advanced equipments. So far we have had set up 6 sets of production-lines with total capacity 60,000t)a, Because the production-lines run very well, the quality of products and the technical parameter are of the first rate, its production-lines have been considered as the model in China by Asahi! Honeywell’s DCS has been adopted in producing PVC. The efficiency and security have been increased greatly.
NNCI is the earliest manufacturer to produce Trichloroiocyanuric Acid (TCCA), and its products quality is the best in China The products have enjoyed good reputation in domestic and foreign markets. Now, TCCA is considered as one of main products in our company.
There are altogether 330 professionals with different specialties in our company, including 183 senior experts and 147 junior technicists. Among them, four experts have gained special allowance from the State Department We possess one provincial technical center, and one postdoctoral research center, which is the only one in Nanning. It provides a good foundation for introducing high level personnel into the company and developing new products
